How many stories have you heard of a friend hired as an assistant who ends up with the president title and becomes a successful creator and entrepreneur herself? I only heard one and of course I’m talking about Natalie Mariduena, formerly known as “David Dobrik’s assistant”. But there is so much more to be told about her character, work ethic and overall story, because she is a true female force in the industry and someone I am most certainly inspired by.
The 26-year old entrepreneur did not become successful overnight. Starting as David’s assistant, she did more than just the average 9 to 5 job you would expect. Working for a well-known and fastly growing full-time creator comes with lots of added responsibility and creativity, all at a fast pace most of the time. Knowing how to juggle and balance all of it without burning out takes time, practice, patience and extreme determination. But Natalie managed it all and upgraded from assistant to chief of staff, before she became the President of David Dobrik LLC.
With all that entails, she has even bigger responsibilities now and while she is absolutely killing it in her well-deserved role, she decided to expand even further. Besides being involved in David’s expansions, she launched eladay – her own lifestyle fashion brand. Individuality, practicality and quality are all a part of its core values and we can only applaud her for it.
Being taken seriously as a young woman in any industry comes with its challenges, don’t we all know it! But with all Natalie has achieved so far, she has shown us how you can make it and has paved the way for anyone who aspires to follow her great example. And it goes beyond her work ethic in business because once she sets any goal in life, she will put her all into reaching it and go even further.
Watching her career as well as her remarkable health journey has been inspiring in so many ways. She got fit for herself and today, she looks her absolute best and you can see the beautiful spark of confidence that shines through from the strength she has built from within.
For so many people Natalie was just the assistant, but those who have watched her closely over the years know that she’s been the brain behind the business all along and is someone to look up to. She has been handling it all, she made a name for herself and became an inspiring young woman with everything she does. And I personally can’t wait to see where her journey takes her and will continue learning from someone who has only touched the surface of all the incredible things she’s gonna reach.
